STARTING UP A BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES?

When starting up a business and you have employees, you will need to obtain a State Tax ID Number. You can get one by going to the state tax id number site. You will also need a Federal Tax ID Number for your business because it acts as a Federal Employer Number and is required by Federal Law. A Business License is needed because it is required if you are conducting a business. If you are going to sell any type of products, you will also need to obtain a seller's permit.
